People and the Land
Developing land for people and teaching people to be good stewards of their land is part of our mission. Everything prospers as a result.
Vibrant Villages
From the moment you go through the gate you know you are someplace unique. Large open spaces and beautiful views are yours to explore.
Connecting
Knowing your neighbors names is not all that common these days. The village way of life is connected...from a distance on these large acreages.

Why families choose us?
People instinctively know there is a better way to live then sprawling suburbia or a packed city. Shekinah Development has met that unspoken need. And when people hear about it, most say it sounds too good to be true. Our village way of life combines the hominess of the old village ways with the technology and comfort of modern amenities for a perfect blend in both rural and urban settings.
Imagine not being frightened for your children when they step out the door to play or talk to the neighbors. Imagine aging in your home surrounded by caring helpful neighbors, and not going to a facility. Imagine sharing the toddler years with others who understand. Imagine walking to work. Imagine life in one of our villages.
